Iridescence brings together work by both students and staff at GSA, exploring the body and materiality. Through moving image, sculpture, and photography, the exhibition conjures an ephemeral space where embodiment and liminality intertwine, reflecting both precarity and possibility. The works in Iridescence speak to the solidarities formed across trans and feminist struggles, using art to explore the complexities and opportunities of existing and resisting in one's body. It positions exhibition-making as a site of collective imagining and reclamation, working towards trans liberation.
