Nominate yourself or a friend to run for Student President or Vice President (Education) through the 2025/26 Academic Year!
Nominations are open until 5pm on Tuesday, 4th March.
Voting opens: 9 am on Monday, 31st March.
Voting closes: 5pm on Wednesday, 2nd April.
Firstly, take a look at our Canvas page to see if the job's for you (this is where you'll find all the documents you'll need).
Then you should set up a meeting with us by emailing gsasa@gsa.ac.uk to discuss the elections and campaigning.
If you've still got the elections bug after that meeting, email us your Nomination Pack (again, found on Canvas) by 5pm on Tuesday, 4th March. Once your nomination is confirmed, you'll receive a PR Guide with all the required information.
Campaigning will then open at 10am on Tuesday, 11th March - and that's when (and only then!) you should start letting people know that you're running.
We're also introducing a Nominate a Friend process for the 2025 Spring Elections, giving you the option to recommend to us someone who you think will be great for the job. Keep your eyes peeled for our update about it on Instagram.
