Two New Role Openings: Project Spaces Coordinator & Admin Assistant

GSASA are delighted to announce that we have 2 new freelance roles available starting from January 2024 that would be a great opportunity for GSASA students to build up professional skills.

The first role is our Board Secretary and Administration Support Role. This involves working one day a week (7 hours, which can be split over a couple of days), with our Co-ordinators on helping GSASA administer our meetings, societies, and filing systems and is remunerated at £10.90 per hour, and working with our Board of Trustees to prepare and document our Board Meetings. This will take about 4 hours a month and is paid as a monthly £50 stipend. To find out more about this role, please see the job description: HERE.

Our second role is for our wonderful Project Spaces in the GSASA Assembly Building. This involves administering applications for exhibitions in our two project spaces, helping to organise the exhibitions and working with the artists and GSASA team to deliver innovative student-led exhibitions. This role is will take 5 hours per week for 10 weeks to be served between 8 January and 14 June and will receive an annual stipend of £1,635. Application for both roles is by CV and cover letter and the application deadline for both roles is 12 December 2023 at 5pm, with interviews being conducted on 18 December 2023.
